Delivery Information For All Orders
1/ You can order for any available date in the future (Excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
2/ We can only deliver within the UK. Deliveries can be made to any postal address in the UK including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. For Deliveries to the rest of the world see our international section. These will be delivered by our partners in those countries.
3/Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient and phone number if possible. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details supplied. Should the recipient be home at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how they can collect them or arrange re-delivery.
4/ If your flowers are to be sent to a business or organisation (Council building, hospital, school etc) they be sent to the mail room for internal delivery. Where possible flowers will be routed via the main reception.
5/ If the flowers your sending are going to a hospital, please make sure the recipient will still be in hospital and the ward will accept flowers. (some wards including intensive care do not allow flowers on the ward).
6/ Our posted flower range will be delivered by Royal mail 1st class post. (Unless stated otherwise). Please allow 1-2 days for delivery (1st class post is not a guaranteed service). We will post 2 days prior to delivery date so they may arrive a day early. 93% of Royal mail 1st class mail arrives next day. (We cannot be held responsible for industrial action that may be taken by royal mail staff). Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on Saturday.
7/ We have a same day delivery service available orders must be placed by 12noon, Monday – Friday and by 11am Saturdays. No Sunday or bank holiday deliveries. Same day deliveries cannot be garneted for remote areas of the UK.
